FIXER UPPER - a Contractor's special! We went through a very lengthy eviction process, followed by a trash out and everything has been removed, nothing was salvageable. It has been completely cleaned out and ready for a complete renovation. The yard as also trashed out and everything that was overgrown has either been removed or trimmed.
